Order Placement and Confirmation

All orders submitted through the FROST BUDDY website require explicit final confirmation by our team before we begin processing. Each purchase is contingent on product availability and price accuracy. We maintain the right to decline, restrict, cancel, or delay any order due to factors such as stock limitations, pricing errors, verification delays for payments, or measures to prevent fraud.

Order Processing and Delivery

After your order receives final confirmation, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, estimated delivery typically occurs within 7-12 business days. Shipping charges, where applicable, are determined and displayed to you during the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds

Submit a return request within 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate the process.
Returned items must be unused, kept in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging to qualify.
Return shipping expenses are your responsibility unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
