At FROST BUDDY, we begin fulfilling your order promptly once payment is confirmed. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare and process your purchase. During peak holiday seasons or special sales events, processing may take additional time.

Shipping Duration and Delivery

After dispatch, your order generally arrives within 7-12 business days. Delivery speed depends on your location, customs clearance, and local postal services. Unforeseen delays may arise from weather conditions, carrier limitations, or holidays outside of our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on the contents of your cart and are clearly shown at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your shipment leaves our facility, FROST BUDDY will email you tracking details. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking information to update regularly.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours from the time you placed it. Early cancellation offers us the best chance to halt fulfillment promptly.

Returns and Refunds

You may initiate a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
